The location was excellent. The lights were inconsistent.

Metro station and bus station nearby. Few furniture.

Location great. 5 min walk if that to earls court tube. Plenty of eating places and shops nearby Co-op etc. Staff friendly. Not that clean really, slightly dated feel like some of the pics advertised are quite mis leading. My 6 year olds mattress in room 404 was so bobbly and bitty you could feel it with your hand on top of the sheets this definitely needs changing & the cleaner would have known that when changing the bed. Brown mark and stain on bed base on arrival obviously not touching it so no big deal but not ideal. Asked to borrow an iron that was filthy and looked about 15 years old which didn’t work so half my clothes were creased still for the stay. Walls extremely thin can hear everything including the train or tube station from outside not sure which. Blind lets in all the sunlight in a morning. We arrive back one night around 9.30pm and sign on door saying reception away and will be back so was locked out a good ten mins it could have been more if other guests were not coming out the hotel to let us in the door which isn’t ideal on a night with a young child.

The hotel's location was convenient—close to the metro— The room was a tiny hole—without even space to put down a suitcase was absolutely inadequate. I had booked a double room for 5 nights, yet they gave us a room that barely fit one person; the bed was barely larger than a single, and there were no power outlets near the bed—not even to charge phones. It was on the first floor, facing a courtyard where construction work was taking place, resulting in deafening noise at all hours for the entire 5 days. The breakfast was POOR was meager ABYSMAL!

The location of the property was perfect for us just a minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station and so easy to find. Very little space to walk in the rooms but didn’t worry us too much as we only stayed 3 nights and we were out exploring London most of the time.

It was located next to the underground. Top! It was remodeled. There were lots of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The property itself was very clean, with clear signage throughout! The room we were allocated was smaller than expected but enough room for the two of us staying in the room to move around comfortably. My son and I particularly loved the air con! So much so there’s a stand alone one in my Amazon basket! The room itself was always clean, on entering and once room service had been. The tea bags were always topped up too! Bonus! ☺️ The room as stated above was on the smaller side!

One of the few places in London where breakfast is included and the cost of stay is reasonable. The rooms are small but I was aware of this before I made the booking. Nothing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Rooms were on the small side but that's very normal for London.
