The room and location. I missed the full English breakfast.

The building is newly renovated and spotless. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The backyard garden is beautiful. The architectural firm did a wonderful job with the renovation. Also the air conditioning was perfect in 90° heat. The Wi-Fi was really weak and kept booting me out of the system. It needs to be upgraded. This was probably one of the most frustrating things. Our room was on the lower level so it had a window in the access door for light....but it was below street level and rather claustrophobic. The room is small and it isn't the smallest room they offer. Athough it's very clean and comfortable it was difficult finding space to place clothes and luggage. I didn't participate in the breakfast. it seemed pretty generic and crowded. I'm thinking that the rooms above street level must be better.

Beautiful hotel Lovely staff Tube station 1 minute Very safe location Will definitely stay again Toilet was very close to sink. No full English breakfast

Location, Clean and pleasant staff Room space and less varieties of breakfast
-
I like the location, the building and especially the little garden at the back where I could work and have breakfast Everything was just fine
-
The single room I booked was really too small foe me as I was xarryibg 2 suitcases. People with luggage should book a bigger room.
-
it was clean and comfortable the rooms were very small for 2 people

The double room was very confortable and clean. Refilling the pitcher of water every days is a nice touch. The location is excellent. It's a 2 minute walk from an underground station and there's also restaurants and shops around where you can find a lot of what you might need. One of my bookings was for a single room, and that was just too small. There's no place to put your luggage confortably. I put mine on the walkway and it was impossible to walk into the bathroom without banging against the luggage. Breakfast could have some more options.

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. We asked if it was possible to change the first room we got, because it was in the basement. They did that as soon as another room became available and even moved our bags there. The location is really convenient, in a nice area and very close to the metro station. The room we got was clean and comfortable. Recommended!

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It’s just a short walk to Earl’s Court Underground station, making it very convenient for exploring London. Highly recommended!

The room was quite small. But we were in London not to stay at room

We will definitely comeback?

The Edwin was recommended by friends and it was the perfect hotel in the best location for my stay in London. There were so many walkable locations, it just was perfect! We even got to check in early and have a preference for our room. The rooms were small, but, that is to be expected in a city dwelling. It had everything we needed.

The location was excellent, with easy access by tube and bus. The district is quiet and pleasant. The hotel has been renovated, featuring a wonderful inner yard, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist.
-
Location is great, right next to a metro stop. The area is also pretty safe, and there are a bunch of restaurant options, as well as bus stops nearby. Breakfast was included, which was very convenient! Room was extremely small. Price felt a bit high for the size of the room.

Pros - conveniently located close to Earl’s Court station, which is a larger underground hub - Breakfast is good - Staff polite - AC and elevator (although small) - Good neighborhood - good water pressure in shower Cons - rooms are VERY small with barely enough room to get around the end of the beds (almost need to crawl over one bed to get to the other). It was almost impossible to get into our luggage. - Shower is small, and the door has a small opening (not fluffy friendly) - No place to put your own products in the shower.
-
Clean & close to both the underground & restaurants. There is a good breakfast. Generally very comfortable & an attentive staff. Generally not really anything bad to say.
-
- Very close to the tube. Piccadilly line and district line are super convenient for sightseeing - Very convenient. Has a lot of restaurants around - The hotel was recently renovated, so everything looks new. - Has a nice garden to chill We lived in the half-basement. Since it is so close to the tube station, I can hear the noise/vibration of the running tube trains. Not very loud and did not affect my sleeping, but if you are a light sleeper, that is something you might need to consider.
-
The location was excellent, being close to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was quite plain, and the rooms are very close to each other. You can easily hear people moving around, as well as doors opening and closing, which made it less comfortable than expected.

The bed was quite hard
