Location was excellent with a good choice of tube and bus connections. Many local landmarks in easy walking distance. Room is cosy, so small. But absolutely fine for a solo traveller, who travels light. Overall, good value for money given the central location. I wonder if the a/c in the room would struggle during the really hot 35°C days. It was adequate for the period I was there, when the outside temp was around 25°C.

Location was perfect, rooms were very clean & staff were lovely. I’m used to Z hotels & a small room in the best location is perfect for us - other guests at reception hadn’t appreciated the rooms are compact - but there’s tea / coffee / water & a really comfy bed

Comp cheese and wine. Loved style and finish of decor. Could see too easily into bathroom. My wife loves me, but doesn’t want to watch me poop through slightly frosted glass. Solid toilet walls and a door that closed would have been better.

Location is extremely convenient for London activities as well as the direct tube link to Heathrow. We really appreciated the free snacks and drinks available all day.

Property location is really good. It’s in the center of almost everything. It’s near to the train station, theatres, walking distance to the China town and convent garden. Lots of restaurants around to choose. The room was very basic and small.

This was the first time I've stayed at a Z Hotel and I loved it. The location is amazing, I enjoyed the street view, falling asleep watching London life from the bed was really cool. Room was very peaceful for location. Wife and I both slept well. We both enjoyed the 24 hour cafe bar, all you need for pre/post Theatre drinks and snacks. With the all inclusive aspect of the club room, I had a very jolly stay. Lastly it was the staff who completed the whole experience, fantastic team, they worked well together and seemed happy. The staff were a pleasure to meet. Thank you.

Brilliant location, small rooms however very well thought out and equipped, clean, great shower and friendly helpful staff. No complaints

Location was fab . Staff helpful and kind. Good room clean and everything I needed. The lift was not great took ages then when it came was very weird weight restrictions. So ended up using stairs .
