Easy book in. Friendly staff, great location, comfy bed and nice & clean room.It’s just round the corner from the main hustle & bustle, so nice and quiet in the evening. It didn’t have a tv which wasn’t a deal breaker, but a kettle would have been nice.

Lovely helpful staff on arrival, very comfortable room with good space and aircon, which was so needed during this summer's heatwaves. Just the bed being against the wall, making it awkward for 2 people to get out comfortably

In London, reasonably priced rooms with a real window are hard to find. Here you can have them and with a good view! The pink rabbit design might not be for everyone.

Central location, easy accessibility to stations The fact that we couldn’t open any window, the clima was always on at a very low temperature although we kept closing it. We had to ask down at the reception to clean our room. No fridge to keep at least cold water or to store something savory we had bought. No closet, just a few hangers on a tiny rack.

Fantastic location, easy check in, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Decently sized shower, some clever aspects to the compact layout (there is a short rack of coat hangers above the bedside table and under-bed suitcase storage) and greatly appreciated the air conditioning. Would have been nice to have a hand towel (towels generally were a bit flimsy), there was an odd hole in our bathroom mirror and unfortunately some of the light switches seemed to be out of order. Room felt a little dark as a result, even on bright sunny days. Ventilation could have been better, sink was v tiny, and while it wasn’t a problem for us - as a good to know there’s no fridge/cold storage/chair/table in the cosy room, and it was cramped with the suitcase open (the rabbit sculpture could just have not been there and given us a bit of extra space). Aaand the kink(?) theming was a bit odd.
