was very good value for money. the staff were wonderful! Laureta was incredibly kind, patient and helpful with me getting a lost item back. we were let into our room upon arrival and allowed an early check in with no cost which was amazing. the staff’s service was wonderful. very kind when we had to request fresh towels and cups on the third day of our stay because they had not been done by the room service. the fact the floors in the room clearly weren’t cleaned and the lack of service to our room. we didn’t receive fresh towels or clean cups which would’ve been the absolute bare minimum that i was expecting. the shower was interesting, the “door” or partition to the shower tub combo was where you had space to get in so instead you had to step between the toilet. this also meant that the water from the shower wasn’t actually contained as the partition was absolutely useless because the shower head was at the opposite end and the whole bathroom would flood when you showered. it was a very poor design.

The reception staff were wonderful throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about making sure we were well looked after. Our room was upgraded to one with a great view and more space which was a great. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, this was arranged quickly and easily, with no need to change rooms. The staff regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything else, such as coffee, tea, biscuits, or fresh towels. Security is excellent, with key card access required to use the lifts, although the surrounding area felt very safe as well. The hotel also set up a WhatsApp communication channel, which was an excellent touch. It made us feel genuinely cared for, as the staff addressed us by name and understood the purpose of our trip. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we would happily stay here again. Nothing to complain about.
