The location is excellent, close to the Tube and buses. The pub underneath was very welcome, it served food until later in the evening than other pubs in the area and the food was good. The hotel room was spacious (for London) and the bed comfortable. The lift to all floors was helpful. The soundproofing in the bedroom was excellent, no noise from the pub or street - for except the bin lorries! We're getting on a bit in age and our balance is not what it was. So baths, with shower over, are not ideal, particularly as there was no safety rail to assist getting in and out. Putting even one safety rail in would be a great help.

Loved the location of the property! Close to everything! Wonderful staff(Fabio was the best!) and our room was nicely appointed. Loved the bathroom also! Bed was comfortable as well. We loved the restaurant/pub located adjacent and connected! So convenient and food was excellent! Nothing! Loved everything!

The location is outstanding. Big Ben is a five minute walk, St. James’s Park station is right next door, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The area felt safe and secure throughout the stay. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept the room comfortable the whole time. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the third day. There was no help offered with luggage during check in or check out. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room didn’t work.

The location was wonderful. A tube station was just down the street, Westminster Abbey just a couple mins walk away and just a couple mins further is BigBen and Parliment. We were able to easily walk to Victoria Palace Theater for Hamilton which also puts you right near the theater for Wicked. St. James Park is also nearby. The room was charming, comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary water, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast in the pub restaurant was good. The coffee at breakfast was pretty horrible, but I just made coffee in the room and grabbed some while out exploring, there are no shortages of cute cafes to pop into

location and breakfast The lock on my room seemed having some problem. At one point, after we closed the door, the door was supposed to be locked by itself, but we still could twist the handle to open the door. However, the next day, it was fine.
