The most comfortable bed ever. The room altogether was just wonderful. The extra mile was really noticeable: sweet treats as a welcome gift in the room and access to the hotel lounge once my room was not ready yet at check-in. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. NA.

Everything. All the staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. Only stayed for two nights and I would not hesitate in staying here again. Highly recommend, this hotel is superb! Location is excellent for Westminster and the surrounding area, easy walk from and to Waterloo Railway Station.

Great hotel and front desk staff. The facility is very very nice. We had the “do not disturb “ sign ON, but at 9:30am, the house cleaner knocked on the door and woke us up. We were not happy after traveling late last night. That person did not respect our wishes to be able to sleep late.
