Staff and Location was excellent!

Location is perfect. Staff are excellent and the facility is very clean. No restaurant and bar and the rooms are a little small but there’s plenty to eat/drink around the hotel. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, clean and well-equipped. Lovely staff. Great shower and bathroom. Unexpected bonus to have a microwave, fridge and sink as a small kitchenette with crockery too. Had a triple room, the pull out bed was very short (and I’m only 5’6”. Really suitable for a child not an adult). But really impressed that everything had been tripled (eg crockery and cutlery too) nothing forgotten.

Very clean and bright - easy to find The only thing which was slightly annoying was when I got into the shower I realised that there was no soap/ body wash in the container

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Covent Garden. The room was comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. It was a little noisy outside at night. I also found a few hairs in the bathroom that weren’t mine, but overall the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Location and cleanliness The rooms were small, lack of welcoming lobby. Images made to imply it was grand - instead I felt like we were in an attic.
