The breakfast was fantastic and everything was clean. Check-in was easy and well organised. The pillow was slightly uncomfortable and I didn't know I had to ask for a bottom bunk when I booked.

Close proximity to London Bridge station / Tesco. Has hairdryer installed (old hotel type). Kitchen with disposable utensils. - need to bring own padlock for locker / shampoo/ shower gel / towel. Bit difficult to get on with the mobile key- need to install an app.

The place was clean. A lot of beds in one room, but still managed to be comfortable enough with curtains around. Location is fantastic. The reception staff are nice and helpful The app key system was kinda silly

I love the location of the Hostel. It’s located near several restaurants, grocery, and Transportation options. The staff at the front desk were all wonderful and took care of any issues that may have risen. The Hostel can be extremely loud, not allowing us to sleep. There were a busload of high school age males who were on my floor and the floor above me. They proceeded to run up and down the hallway, just about all night long, pound on the walls. When the group discovered that it was keeping us up, they went to the floor above our room and started pounding on the floor for a couple hours nonstop. There was a fist fight in the outside, relaxing area, but the staff did take action afterwards.

Room was cramped, toilets were extremely stuffy and smelly.

I’ve always stay there when traveling solo for the location and money. Bed is comfortable. There’s a pub downstairs so it gets loud upstairs, bring earplugs or don’t stay there if that’s something that will bother you
