Views and location Cold pool and overrated everything

Everything was excellent as always Just wanted to inform money was stolen by the house keeping staff from our suitcase, we did not raise any concerns as we did not want to spoil our vacation but need to keep a careful attention. Thanks.

I organised a surprise overnight stay for my husband, for our 35th anniversary. I informed the hotel of this, and the staff (customer services, reception and at the lounge bar) were very helpful in enabling me to keep it a surprise. Including informing me when the room was ready whilst we were enjoying cocktails in the lounge on the 52nd floor. The suite was exceptional and the views were stunning. It was a wonderful stay for an amazing husband (and me). I would certainly recommend it. Thanks again to all the lovely staff who helped me in the surprise. N/A

World class location Top class accommodation Pool + spa (and views from them) are unbeatable Nothing to say here - other than v expensive (but worth it!!!)

This is a luxury stay in a special building with stunning views Staff were excellent and I liked how we were able to swim when we arrived even without a booking At breakfast there was no marmite - so the manager went and found some for us - much appreciated It’s a busy place and guests tend to arrive and leave at the same time Things like Express check out , coffee on the buffet , clearing tables quicker would help ease the pressure
