Overall, the room was quite good for the price and the location was convenient, around a 10-minute walk from Pimlico station. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, a decent option for London considering the price and location, with excellent service from the staff. Τhe cleanliness could have been a little better, and we would have appreciated a quieter stay. On two days there was quite a lot of noise from renovation work taking place in other rooms.

It’s close for the theatre, sight seeing and easy tube access to help you get around quicker. It said there was air con in both rooms I had booked and only one had this so maybe best to update this on here. The TV wasn’t working but I didn’t care to complain as I wasn’t bothered but another guest might want it. The bed was close to the radiator and I kept banging my leg on it. These are minor issues to highlight.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They're willing to work with us to accommodate our needs. Not much space for clothes and luggages for the family room (with 3 beds), or sitting area.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and excellent location. We were in the basement and there was quite a bit of surrounding noise. You could hear the occupants in the room above walking around, flushing their loo and showering.

It was way above expectations. The location is great and has a bus stop right in front. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is really well kept. We received free breakfast and that was a nice surprise. Room was clean and housekeeping great.

Lovely quite location but within close proximity to shops and not a far walk to the centre The double bed was quite small and so was the room but good value for money as the location was great
