The hotel is located in a peaceful area and offers beautiful views of the River Thames. It is an excellent choice for guests who appreciate calm surroundings, relaxing walks and scenic river views. The staff were excellent, welcoming and very attentive. They genuinely cared about our comfort and made every effort to fulfil our requests. The breakfast selection was rather limited and could benefit from more variety.

The atmosphere at this hotel is truly extraordinary — fresh, youthful and sophisticated, while at the same time incredibly vibrant and full of life. The food is absolutely incredible, and the staff truly made our experience exceptional from beginning to end. Our suite, with its two balconies overlooking the River Thames, was simply breathtaking. The view was so close and immersive that it almost felt as though we were right on the river. Waking up to magnificent views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the iconic London skyline was simply magical, especially in the evening when the city lit up. Everything was perfect

Location The sheets smelled of urine. I’m sure it wasn’t urine but something that resembled it.

3rd time staying here. Great location by the river and lovely holiday vibe on the Southbank. Extremely clean , quiet rooms, great atmosphere in hotel and comfortable bed and room. The staff are outstanding, special shout out to Natalie on the desk and Christian in the Lyaness who went the extra mile. Difficult to find anything, luggage rack would be beneficial.

Breakfast was very good but as someone who is on a keto diet would have liked some berries and Greek yogurt - Loved the view from the top bar Excellent- would highly recommend I felt the lighting was a bit dark in the hallway and didn’t see any labels at the water station
