Booked a room last minute after my flight was delayed. The first room the staff gave me was in the hotel next door and had MOULD on the carpet and curtains. I don't know if they didn't know about it or were hoping I would put up with it, but either way, that is unacceptable. I could have gotten sick. Thankfully, when I told them about it, they did move me to a clean room in another hotel they own.

Very good room, in a perfect location, just maybe 2 minutes walk from Goldhawk road tube station. Easy to find it. Lot of shops nearby and restaurants;perfect!

    Good location

The pictures showed one thing, but in reality, it wasn't a hotel at all. It was a filthy apartment with a crumbling carpet, no air conditioning in the London heat, and a dirty bathroom and toilet. Stay away! everything. its a bad place. we left immediately and the place is refusing to give us our money back.

THE GOOD: 1. Its location, just a few blocks from a metro station and London's largest shopping mall. 2. A quiet area with markets nearby. 3. The friendliness of the receptionist on duty the day of my check-in (April 28, 2026) and check-out (May 5); his name is unpronounceable to me (something like Jam...). 4. A coffee maker and small fridge in every room. 5. Wi-Fi: OK. 6. Wall-mounted fan (there is no AC). THE BAD: 1. Daily room cleaning is adequate, but they did NOT change the bed sheets during the 7 days I stayed there. 2. Old buildings, small rooms, wooden stairs and floors—noises and the sound of doors closing in other rooms are easily heard. THE UGLY: The receptionist and an older gentleman (the manager?) are present in the office. The manager tends to have long, loud phone conversations with his family—both in the morning and the afternoon. His loud, shouting tone can be heard in all the rooms on the first floor, causing a disturbance to guests. CONCLUSION: A 3-star hotel I would consider returning to, provided they address the cleaning issue and the manager's conversations. Toilet was broken. I got switched to another room but the walls were paper thin. People next door were making so much noise between 3am and 4am. Overall, would not recommend this hotel. Rooms were tiny too.

None They gave me a completely different room than the one pictured in the hotel photos, in a different building than the Sapphire Hotel. When I sat on the bed, a clothes moth flew up, and upon investigation, and I found more and killed some ( pictured). When I told the concierge guy, he didn't seem to understand what clothes moths were. However he let me switch to different room, that was nicer, but still not in the Sapphire Hotel. I looked in the room and found clothes/carpet moths again eating up the floor. I could not stay there and had to find another hotel. The staff said exterminators were to come next month...

Excellent location and great receptionists always there to support.

The location was perfect for my activity. That’s all that I would say that was positive about the place. Upon arrival, there was no one available at reception to check us in only the cleaner, who kindly informed us to leave our belongings and return later. It was an awkward and unwelcoming start. When I returned in the evening to check in, I found my room to be extremely small. Worse still, the sink was blocked. A staff member on site accused me of pouring food down the drain, which was both inaccurate and inappropriate given I had only just arrived. He said he’d return in the morning to fix it, warning that the solution would produce an unpleasant smell. I agreed. Shortly after, I took a shower and encountered the same drainage issue. When I reported it, the staff member repeated the accusation about food being poured down the drain. I explained that I had checked in at 7pm and hadn’t used the facilities long enough to cause such a problem. He eventually resolved the issue, but the entire interaction was frustrating and accusatory. Overall, the experience was poor, unprofessional service, inadequate facilities, and an uncomfortable atmosphere. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

there is a lot of good places to eat. not fare to transport, bus stop right outside the hotel, underground central line 6min walk. hammershith and city line 5min. Hammersmith station 10min. New towel each day, the room got a quick clean. the room was very small but as i was there for work it was fine. as i was staying there for 2 weeks it would have been nice to have the bed linined replaced a few time more.

Wonderful big room and nice staff. Lightning in bathroom didn't work but the helpful staff fixed it.
