Spread over several buildings, Hotel 65 is a modest relaxed boutique-type hotel with free Wi-Fi, where every room has something different ! We are just a 10-minute walk from Olympia ,the O2 Empire, and Westfield Shopping Center. Cinemas entertainment venues, bars, and 5 Tube stations are all within 0.5 miles. All rooms at the 65 include a modern bathroom with TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. We serve a varied and popular Continental breakfast each morning from 8am to 9.30 am. this is an additional charge. that can be paid on arrival or day by day. Reception is open from 7 am to 11 pm. There are many, many restaurants and bars, some from seconds some a minute away. plus Westfield (the largest mall in Europe) 9 minute by direct walk. This is next to Shepherds Bush Underground Station the Central and Circle Line go direct to Paddington , Marble Arch, Oxford Street, the British Museum, Liverpool Street Tower Hill and onto Docklands and Excel A bus stop is conveniently located on the hotel's doorstep all busses heading staight through Hammersmith Broadway Station and from there the Piccadilly and Districy Line direct to knightsbridge, Hyde Park, Picadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Westminster. From the other Hammersmith Station is the Hammersmith and City Line and Circle line direct to Baker Street, Farringdon and Euston.

Three Under/Over-Ground stations in near reach. Shops for basic need and decend Restaurants around the corner The room was very, very small; the cleaners not 100% tidy.

Location was nice. Staff It was super hot like 27-29 C for most of the time from 9-11 PM and I got top floor. The doors are super noisy and you hear in the night once people come back. Ask for lower floor or switch hotel!

1.Personnel, they are always there to help which is great. 2.general cleanliness at the room. 3.location to the bus station and metro stations ( 15 min for a metro station).+multiple groceries. 4.good ratio cost/value. 5.Good variety of options for breakfast. Poor soundproof , very strange smell which comes around from 7:30 am till 8:00 am as well as constant bump somewhere from the upper floor at the same time. What was that, I don’t know. There is no elevator.

Great location, clean and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a short stay. Nice neighborhood and the staff were very polite and helpful. There were a few missed spots for cleaning but I’ve done this work before and know how it is; was otherwise clean and pest-free.

Shower - one side is wide open so that water goes everywhere. I don't know how people can take shower without making the bathroom flore wet. Hallway - Very musty smell Room - a bit dusty. We have a bit of dusty allergy. We get a bit or reactions to the dust in the room as soon as we got in. TV - remote is not working. battery connection is rusted so replacing battery doesn't fix. TV sound often turns off when you change the channels many times.

The property is under construction - an active renovation - to convert it from housing into a hotel. The layout doesn’t match this use and it feels forced. The breakfast has a one hour window, and for some reason had pizza has one of the main items. The room had a weird smell.

Good location. Clean simple rooms. Comfortable beds. A surprisingly varied breakfast. Not just baked goods and coffee. Friendly staff. Fridge in the room. Room service even with a 2 day stay. Slightly damp room, cramped shower.

Soundproofing wasn't great during to thin walls Great location for Hammersmith, Olympia and Shepherds bush. Would stay again, great price!

Location only No heat did not work they left my room door rooms propped up by chair alll my things could of been stolen .;tikes did. Not clean the room or leave me clean tools . The owner as no Shamar like the happened did not care did not offer any compensation.the pillows were cheap flat pillow made my neck and back hurt .twin skinny bed I could barely fit on very uncomfortable bed did not sleep barely at all the entire was there do school .left tire a s warm out .i should of gottom my money back for this crap place .the owner lack of concern an excuse was the top of the cake .i would not recommend this place with 10th or pole.i have been to 42counttid and never stayed in such place like this before EVER!!!

Bed was comfortable, bathroom and sheets, towels were clean. Good value for money, my room was at the back and very quiet. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished and my room was a bit tatty, TV remote could have done with a clean and previous occupants had killed some insects which were still stuck to ceiling and wall and had not been removed. The bathroom was brand new. More attention to cleaning,

Poor quality furniture - bedside table was wobbly and my drink spilt. Layout not well thought through - kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the socket, or on the wobbly bedside tables.
