Great location next to Victoria Station Room was a little small and shower was quite low pressure

the location was close to restarants to get something to eat. How small the room was- Its not for two people with luggage.

We booked the family room however hadn't been told that this is actually two separate rooms. It wasn't too much of an issue for us as a group of friends but it could be for a young family, and meant we had to disturb each other opening doors to go to the bathroom in the night.

Location, host, hot shower with power, sheets Very small room and shower (think RV). Very small staircase to get upstairs. Noisy guests (opening & closing doors), window shades did not keep out morning sunlight at the 430 sunrise.

The price is too high for that room. The room is very small, bathroom is very old and shower tube was broken. There was not a hot water, we asked and they fixed the problem in the evening. As a sorry, they put a chocolate in the room. It was very kind. Problem with the bathroom door, it is closed in very different way, so that you cannot lock the door.

The price, but then you get what you pay for. There was no elevator and had to carry heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The room gave me cluster phobia. The entire place was built for hobbits.

Great location, spotlessly clean and a good price

Room was very small. It was hard for two of us to even move around by the time our luggage was in the room. Everything was damp including toilet paper, clothes in suitcase, and walls. My clean clothes smelled a bit musty throughout our stay. Could hear people talking outside in street when walking by. Not terrible for cost, but I wouldn’t stay again.

There was no staff. There was no one to check us in, and no one to help us. We were eventually given a different room size than the one we booked - and this was done over the phone with management because there was no staff there. We also could not get the front door lock open after 10PM and were only able to access the hotel because another guest heard us knocking and let us in. Again, because there was simply no staff there at all to help us. Bathroom light didn't work half the time and the shower head had to be screwed back on by us. No issues with the cleanliness of the hotel.

Great location. Had sufficient amenities. The place is very small and I'd guess the entrance to the room we were in would not meet fire safety standards (the door opens into a tiny space shared by the office door - only one person can squeeze out behind the door at a time, it's very awkward). Not sure what other rooms are like. Shower is so small you can't really bend over to pick something up, must squat very carefully/awkwardly - the shower would not work for large people. Rug is old/worn. Reasonably clean.

It was in a decent location to underground metro The room was extremely small for 3 people, even with a twin and a double bed. The room was DAMP. Everything was wet, bedding, our clothing in our suitcases from leaving bags open, etc. the bathroom was soaked, walls and all and never dried up. The toilet paper rolls were wet and fluffy like they were sitting in water. No counter space in bathroom and shower door leaks onto floor, water, wet, damp EVERYWHERE. Tried leaving fan on in bathroom 24/7, but was always shut off when we’d return to room at end of day. Got like 3 towels for 3 of us, not enough for one towel per person. The stairwell is not standard size to even make it up the stairs and just very tight spaces. No room to put suitcases. Window was open when we checked into room, cold, but now thinking it’s because of the moisture in the room.
