Comfy bed and clean bathroom Could hear the neighbours and people going through corridors, guess someone people don't know to adjust their voices and stumping on the stairs

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was tops! Our room on the ground floor was convenient and felt safe but the “view” was very disappointing.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. The location of the hotel was very good. Close to Victoria station and other major attractions. Above all the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The old buildings had thin walls. You can hear others in the stairwells and neighboring rooms. There is a quiet time policy that people tried to respect but given the compact nature and design you can hear others.

Property was nice, staff were friendly and assisted, laundry service was great as well. Room was a tad small however no real issue, just something to think about if travelling with another person

Good hotel, we were there for one night. Room was clean, location is good! Outdated, but good for money i paid!

Accommodations for a family of four. Hairdryer in room. Room too small for beds. Beds hard, uncomfortable. No shampoo and conditioner. Carpet and furnishings were old and smelly, need to be removed or redone.

Location Location! Too inconvenient for 3 ladies. No racks or hooks for towels. No counter space for toiletries in bathroom. No luggage racks. Had to put two suitcases on carpeted floor.

The staff was very friendly. I was on the top floor and they brought the iron board up and back down. Room had a great view and bathroom was recently redone. Very comfortable and nice stay. The room was very small, fine for one person, would’ve been a squeeze for two especially with 2 suitcases. The walls are also a bit thin, but people seem to respect the quiet hours.
