The location is great for shops, transport and places to eat. The staff where very helpful and hotel has a lift. The rooms are cosy but with all the amenities that you need - even a fridge which was a bonus in this hot weather. Nothing I didn’t like - excellent value.

Location is great. Just a 5 minute walk to Bake Street station and Madame Tussauds. There are lots of supermarkets nearby too, as well as some interesting restaurants. The bathroom was clean. Staff we friendly. The aircon is centrally controlled, so you can't change it at all. It was set to 22C. The window opened, to the internal courtyard, so you got noisy aircon units disturbing your sleep. Overall, this was fine for a central London room, but a bit expensive.

Location was great. Staff were friendly. Simple and comfortable room for a short stay in London. Street was quiet as well, which was nice.
-
Location is good as it is closer to the bus and train stations. Neighborhood is also quieter and calmer. The staff were helpful. The bathroom tap in the sink didn't function well and the water splashed all over, the toilet shower didn't function to the maximum.

The room was very clean and the decor was fresh and didn't need attention. Easy check-in, friendly staff. We were able to leave bags before check-in and also after check-out too. Only a few minutes walk from Baker Street station but still in a quiet location I don't think the accomodation could have been improved on.
