Loved the location as it's on a quiet road but very close to the tube which was lovely! Our room was very clean and nice. Definitely would stop there again. It's fairly priced as it's a very nice hotel. Didn't have any of their food so can't comment on that.

Location, lobby, staff, cleanliness, responsiveness This time, the room I got had an awkward design for the shower and toilet in general, previous rooms I had were way better.

Helpful staff, great facilities, gym and sauna were great, 24 hour reception, safe, clean, good location, close to the underground and supermarkets, bed was comfortable As with most places in London, costly if you're staying a while. They were understaffed the day I arrived so I did have a short wait, though they were very polite and offered me an extra free drink.

Nothing at all From the start , the receptionist “Alex” was rude and not compatible to be working with travelers from around the world We also didn’t like the room, not because the furniture was old and the floor is kirky and not steady and keeps squeeking. But also the room is super dirty even when we first entered. The bathroom sink had what appears to be spit from someone before we came, the bathroom furniture is super dirty and stained. I stayed around 6 nights and I couldn’t shower without feeling disgusted

I am travelling Marylebone frequently and checked many hotels. This beats them all!

Lovely hotel, very fun but still stylish aesthetic. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, you could hear people walking upstairs, in the next rooms and also outside the door. The room was quite poorly lit and dark. I ordered from the restaurant to our room one night and it took almost an hour for one margarita pizza to arrive. Breakfast finishes at 10am which I personally feel is too early but that may just be personal preference.
