Very comfortable room. Really clean and quiet. Very kind and attentive staff Keep in mind that on arrival you will be charged a 50GBP per night as a deposit. For us, (175€) it took 6 days and a couple of emails here and there. Also if you don't want extra room service charges make sure you make that clear when you check out. This is mainly the reason I don't give a much higher score

Location Checking in and out was difficult. Extra charge without permission wasn't explained. Had to ask in front of queue of people which was embarrassing

room, location Staff could've tried to be a bit more accommodating, we felt as though other guests like return guests had been given preferential treatment and people with pets or children were offered drinks upon arrival at the same time as us, but we were just told to pay a Security deposit and given keys with no instructions, we had to guess what floor our room was on or if there was anything we needed help with like making food reservations for the in-house restaurant. If we were offered assistance with things like dinner reservations we may have just ate there but we felt as though we weren't welcomed properly so ventured out for food.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations! I LOVED the bed and the sheets, it was SO comfortable. The room was spacious enough, very clean, quiet, pleasant to stay in. Really had a great stay there. I'd say that getting to the center of London (Soho, Covent garden, Oxford street...) requires a long walk to the tube (around 20 min walk) which can be a bit tiring. (Getting to the O2 to a concert was very convenient though!)

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival and we had no issue storing our luggage with them at check in and check out.
