The location was fantastic, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very cozy. The beds were especially soft and made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and incredibly well equipped, with plenty of complimentary shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners. What really stood out was the thoughtful selection of complimentary extras. There was skincare, toothpaste, a hair comb, hand and body lotion, deodorant, shaving gel and a razor, as well as pads and tampons. They even provided condoms haha! It was honestly such a nice surprise and a big plus. You could really tell they had thought of all the little things a guest might need. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, with lots of thoughtful details that made the experience even better! The only thing that could have been a little better was the reception service. The staff could have been slightly more attentive and informative. We were charged the wrong amount, and although we were assured it had been noted, the amount was still charged after check out. We reached out again and it was kindly refunded, so the issue was resolved, but the process was a little inconvenient and could have been smoother.

Lovely property -- near everything but far enough to feel intimate and cosy. I would definitely stay here again. Room service was also incredible -- it came within 10 minutes or less-- I was so surprised! Everything in the room was also lovely and tasteful -- as expected for all Soho House properties and the shower amenities are the best all around. nothing, everything was great.

I loved the interior and size of our room no18. The restaurant linked to Hotel has excellent breakfast and ambiance, location in Shoreditch is perfect. I loved it all.

Perfect location and comfy bed! The courtyard isn’t maintained so not the nicest view out the window and room is quite snug for 2x people (not sure it’s worth how much you pay to squeeze into the space)

They had everything you can possibly think of in the toiletry devision, the staff were really nice and accommodating - our AC wasn’t working the first night so they gave us fans and immediately moved us rooms the next day. The location in shoreditch was also great

Staff were super friendly, the bed was the most comfy bed we have ever slept on in a hotel and the room was so well equipped.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Well designed rooms with many helpful items provided. Close to stations, food and drink options. The air conditioning in my first room was not working. The staff were very apologetic and moved me when a room was available after a few days. They also gave me complimentary drinks and a breakfast. These things happen but it is worth knowing that the window in my room did not open and so that made my stay uncomfortable.
