One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The location was excellent, close to the Underground and bus stops, while the neighborhood itself was quiet and pleasant. The facilities were great, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed, even lending us charging adapters. The reception staff were always smiling and very polite. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff were also very attentive. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Location was on a quiet corner away from the bustle of Earls Court. Lift wasn’t working

Very clean. Absolutely amazing shower, I'd stay there again just to has it again. AC in all the rooms. I booked a single room which had a window and they "upgraded" me to a double room with no window. So fine for one night but I would have hated it for longer.

THE BREAKFAST OFFERED WAS QUITE GOOD. COFFEE COULD HAVE BEEN HOTTER. THE STAFF WORKING IN THE DINING AREA WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THE ROOMS WERE MUCH SMALLER THAN REPRESENTED IN THE PHOTOS. THERE ARE VERY STEEP STEPS LEADING FROM THE STREET TO THE FRONT DOOR AND NO HANDRAIL. VERY HARD TO CLIMB THE STEPS WITHOUT LUGGAGE AND EXTREMELY DIFFICULT WITH LUGGAGE. I AM FROM AUSTRALIA AND BELIEVE WITH OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL NOT TO HAVE A HANDRAIL IN THIS SITUATION

Location The size of the room and bed. Very very small. The bed was extremely hard. Did not manage to sleep as my back was in excruciating y pain from the hard mattress.

Excellent service, great location! The only things was missing was a little fridge, but for one-night-stand it was fantastic!

Excellent beds and pillows. Storage space -closet with shelves-was great. Thick towels. Needed bigger bar soap, though. Great 2 shower heads with plenty of water pressure. Coffee and tea provided, even decaf. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Floral arrangement at front desk was lovely. Quiet neighborhood and close to Underground station. Nothing stands out. Wonderful having a lift to get to top floor with heavy luggage.

The hotel is in a very good, central location close to the tube. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are well-equipped, clean, modern. Yes, the rooms are small, but they do communicate that on their website and on booking platforms. The breakfast is delicious and it offers a variety of English and continental options. Gluten-free bread is available. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended. Breakfast was a bit late for me (from 7.30 am Monday-Saturday, 8.00 am Sunday). An espresso machine, which makes real coffee (not the American-type long one) would have been nice.

Amazing location - tube access, lively and quiet, beautiful street and building. Very clean. Good price/quality Bed was too short, even for our smallest one who is 170 cm. Airconditioning was too cold and couldn't be adapted by us in our own room. Staff did not seem to be enjoying their job and colleagues.
