Seemed like the sheets weren't being changed

Breakfest, every morning the same. I was guest for 8 days.

Perfect location, subway & restaurants nearby. The room was in the basement, window cannot be opened, room rather small, the mattress was sagging.

I liked the look outside, first time to London and wanted to stay in a good area. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely small and the bathroom had no air. For the price of the stay I expected way more.

Greis, on of the receptionist, was very kind and professional. Highly recommended to all solo travelers for short stays. I paid 15 £ for the breakfast but regretted it. It’s a low standard international buffet not worth the price. There is plenty of nice cafés around the corner where you can have a proper breakfast for a similar price.

Great location right in Kensington. Clean room, well-kept hotel. Adequate breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Nothing. It was exactly what I needed

Family room was not as pictured in booking. Was told there were no bigger rooms at the hotel. We did actually see one while they were cleaning it. We ended up getting another hotel room for our second night there because of the first one being too tight for 4 adults with luggage.

Location was the best, front desk staff professional and very helpful Very comfortable beds! Bathroom sink was too tiny and it was lacking hooks/bars to hand our wet towels Closet space too small for a « family room » (We were 3 in our party) Also as we were in England I was a bit disappointed in tea brand/selection for breakfast… for 3 days in row they didn’t even have Earl grey and told me to take the other regular black tea ?

The location of this hotel is excellent due to its proximity to the Bayswater Tube station, restaurants, pubs and bakeries. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. My single room was very tiny given the price.

Location is great! There are 2 frequent metro stations nearby. Hyde park is nearby also. A lot of small shops and restaurants. Breakfast was okayish, not a lot of choice.

Was very loud. Room next to us used a walkway right outside the window. Lots of people being so loud. Air conditioner we didn’t think worked. But it turned out we were using wrong thermostat. The one for the air was behind the tv.. right! Could have explained that to us at check in.

Liked the room, I paid a little more to have a garden view. Liked we had a nice closet for clothes, liked I could alter the warmth or coolness of the room. It was a heat wave so the coolness was fabulous. The pillows were good. Staff helped to keep medication in the freezer since the room fridge was not cold enough. No one checked for coffee and tea replacements while we stayed. Would have liked a microwave and a real coffee maker although do love a kettle if that is the option.

Kensington was lovely, a great location with pubs, restaurants, grocery store and tube station within an easy walk. Great staff recommendation for a nearby dinner spot. The room was quite small, though efficiently laid out, and street noise woke us up every morning. The noise issue would make me reconsider returning.

Great place to land for a night. Very clean room with comfortable beds and good layout for small space. Served our needs at a modest price. Good location.

The location is great The mattress was extremely uncomfortable since it was very old. The hotel had paper thin walls. It was really loud. We were woken up at least 4 times every night.
