Nothing Wasn't made aware because of notting Hill carnival there would be people playing loud music and smoking drugs out the hotel entrance. Couldnt close the windows as it was to hotand no air-conditioning. When I spoke to a member of staff, they had no interest in my concerns. Staff really not approachable

The single room was cosy. It had all the essentials. The continental breakfast was good with enough choice for everyone, even had some gluten free options and soya milk available. There was always someone at reception who could answer your question. The location is great: within walking distance from 2 tube stations, Kensington Gardens, bus stops, shops and fast foods places. The neighbourhood was peaceful. The only bit I would comment on is the noise you hear from the corridor. Nothing the hotel can do but people should refrain from making too much noise when they go to their rooms late at night. Also the room felt worn out in some places.

Clean. Decent location The room was so so hot without air con and it wasn’t during the heatwave. Was having about 3 hours sleep a night.

Nice and convenient location Friendly staff Adequate little single rooms Delicious and varied breakfast in a nice large room. Due to the heat wave, it was very hot in the rooms. The lobby and breakfast room were ok. First evening the water in the bathroom was boiling hot, so no shower possible, but a solution was found and it was repaired for our second night Maybe the carpet overall should be replaced

This is an excellent hotel that I have stayed at several times. It is in a quiet location but close to nearby attractions and public transport options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is excellent value for money. There is nothing I didn't like.
