Hotel and rooms were lovely and the location was great. Perfect for a longer term stay.

Amazing room over the Thames!!! Best view!! Loved the room had a living room separate. Great kitchen and washer dryer!! Bed small. No nightstand. Closet small and safe on the ground really hard to access except on hands and knees with poor lighting. Staff mediocre at best. Not really interested. Except when boss was around. Worst thing was access to Uber etc. They told us they hated the 1- way access roads and some won't accept the ride... very true.

Couldn't adjust the room temp so it stayed about 75 degrees all the time. Asked 4 times for them to lower but didn't happen. Also the hotel sits almost next to a vehicle tunnel and some motorcycles and cars seem to like to over rev their vehicles when go through day and night and can be easily heard. We were on the 3rd floor.

Clean under the beds and furniture, it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

I ordered a simple breakfast. After waiting 30 minutes, I left without eating. I did manage to get my coffee and a croissant in that time. The rooms are minuscule, and not convenient. No bedside table, the bathroom mirror is almost on the ceiling, and no place to put anything. Despite being two days late for my checkin, the TV was found to not be functioning. When I wrote asking for a document showing I only stayed one night out of the planned three, I have been met with silence. Clearly clients are low on the list of priorities.

The customer service and gym were excellent! The coffee downstairs and the gentlemen working there were awesome. We were grateful for the good food, good service, and good coffee! The dryer did not work and we paid twice for it :( Television and air conditioning in our room also did not work.

Very nice location, and very good views. Spacious room. The hotel is already expensive because of the location, but the interior is quite "spartan" and outdated. Also not very comfy mattress. Could easily be transformed to an amazing spot in the future.

Location was great and the a/c was great Tiny. No window. Bed was lumpy.

Gorgeous location along the river by Millennium Bridge. Cross the bridge for restaurants, museums, Shakespeare. Air conditioning was wonderful, because I was visiting in the heat wave.
-
Location Fire alarm kept coming on. No gym, no pool.

The property was very close to the tube station, allowing for extra time in the morning before heading go out. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! Well, the washers and dryers in the basement were terrible! An app was required, which didn’t work. Your clothing did NOT dry sufficiently in the dryer for the allotted time, often having to hang them in your room. I’d recommend washers and dryers that can be used with a ‘tap’ credit card! The rooms were very small for the price paid! The pictures on line were very deceiving.

Location Room size small, cafe not so great and one of the staff was rude

Fantastic - wish we could of stayed longer. Perfect base for a weekend break and on the river too ! Modern apartment with great views. Breakfast from the coffee shop was superb. Super friendly staff. There was nothing that we didn't like !

Silverfish both in my bed and on the floor. When I told front desk they seemed uninterested and did nothing about it. Tiny rooms also and did not clearly mention grim interior frosted window into a shaft area in booking.

Great location and able to walk to many areas of London. Millennium bridge just a few minutes away so able to cross the Thames easily. Liked the small kitchen area and that we were able to eat breakfast in the room prior to leaving for the day. Rooms are small, but I think this is usual for most places in London. Recommend getting a room with a window if possible. Easy check in. Can't think of anything other than room are very small

The interiors are so nice, the staff was great, the cafe had great options, and the location was unbelievable!

Friendly staff, facilities, nice cafe, room had the things you like The bed wasn't clean and had several hairs that weren't mine, and even strange stains on the bed sheets. I really wanted to go and complain about it at the reception but was exhausted and just accepted it and slept on the other side of the bed. Also the windows are of very poor quality so even when they are closed you will hear all the noise from outside which is surprisingly a lot. I woke up really early from the early traffic noises.

Lacked slippers and bed was a little uncomfortable
