It was very conveniently located and an excellent 4 star with super friendly helpful staff . Nothing really….. it was a bit noisy my first night - I am a super light sleeper and they moved me immediately the next night to a court yard room - problem solved

Very friendly staff, the location was perfect! Could walk it from Waterloo station ( on a Sunny day), checking in online was very easy, they have staff 24/7 available in the lobby. And are very caring. Highly recommended this place and will most definitely use this hotel again
