Very convenient from Paddington Station, as well as Tune stops ; very close to Hop-On Hop Off bus. In a nice neighborhood with friendly pub. Has elevators, but also sets of stairs possible on the same floor. Had to ask for help

Its ok There were maintenance during the morning i couldn’t sleep also there was 0 insulation i can hear everything literally everything that happens.

Location and the staff were excellent The bed was quite uncomfortable, there was a lot of noise due to work at the property . Quite expensive even without breakfast

The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the room was outdated, I wouldn't want to spend the week in the room but a couple of days was ok, noise outside, but we were informed of the refurb before our arrival The breakfast was not very good at all, I paid £45 and the hot food was cold eggs stone cold as was the bacon and beans, sausage was tepid, the only thing that was nice was the croissant, it was SOO expensive for what we received, I was gobsmacked by the price!!!!!!

Location to the Royal Albert Hall. Just a wander through the park! Friendly and helpful staff. Taxi ordered in the morning when we asked. Close to restaurants and shops, only 10mins up the road.
