Good for a 1 night stay if you just need a bed for the night. Clean room, towels and wash products supplied 1 small lift for the whole hotel - which took ages to go up or down to the room. Loud neighbourhood and not very well soundproofed. Bad smell of drains in the bathroom. No parking nearby - only residential streets. Dodgy area to be alone at night if checking in late.

The location was insane - couldn't have been closer to the overground. Very clean, modern, and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. No issues signing in or activating the key card. I was very happy with the price, and due to my Genius perk I was given free late check out, which meant a shower before my train, and not having to lug my bag around - perfect!!! No coffee or tea facilities in the room. I'm a zombie without caffeine, so had to drag myself outside to get my fix. But this is a very minor slight when compared to how good it was overall

Great location. Unsure about the negative comments we’ve read. There was hardly any noise, the room was clean and in a fantastic location. Easy to come in and out. A couple of minor issues like a light out and one of the sinks being blocked but nothing that ruined the stay.

The room was spacious and modern i liked the black and white decor. When checking in the staff were friendly and caring The microwave oven was difficult to work out even after downloading the QR code. No nearby parking for disabled patrons.
