Inhabit, Southwick Street is a certified B Corp and EarthCheck hotel, creating social impact and improving our environmental footprint. Located less than a 5-minute walk from London Paddington Station and Hyde Park, this boutique hotel offers elegant rooms with free internet and satellite TV. Oxford Street’s shops are a 10-minute Tube ride away, while Buckingham Palace can be reached in 15 minutes. Inhabit, Southwick Street has 86 restorative bedrooms, benefiting from private bathrooms free toiletries, a hairdryer and bathrobes and under floor heating. Tea/coffee facilities are provided in all rooms. Yeotown, our restaurant serves organic Plant-centric cuisine, carbon neutral coffee, cold-pressed organic juices, and a healthy, plant-centric menu. The restaurant also serves a healthy lunch between 11:30 and 15:00 and dinner 5pm-9:30pm. Our daily activities program offers something for all tastes. Good location, small but reasonably well equipped gym, quiet room. Good quality toiletries and comfortable bed. Bed was a little small and pushed to one side of the room - which made access for one of us difficult. There was a large leak in the reception when it rained which made it difficult to access restrooms from the cafe.

Modern, clean, excellent use of the space. Breakfast felt a bit limited/ restricted. Additional costs for coffees etc seemed a little petty considering what we paid for our stay. There was an issue prior to arrival where we were told we were being relocated to a sister hotel. However, this was rectified and we were glad we got to stay in Inhabit. We hope to return and would recommend for a short stay.

Cleanliness, staff and location. Staff were very helpful and nice. They are very generous, they provide fresh coffee, juice and snacks for free. The only thing i do not like is that the property allow guests with pets. At night a bit noisy due to barking dogs.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The room was larger than expected and was very clean. The staff were always nice and helpful, and our room was cleaned and restocked each day. We were also able to store our baggage before our flight.

Short walk from Paddington station, comfortable and nicely decorated room. Friendly staff, excellent cafe for breakfast in the building. Very positive experience and will definitely use again. Could do with some hooks and more hangers as it’s compact for space, plus we had a room for three but there were only two cups/glasses

The location was very good, and the room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable and of good quality. I also appreciated the nice bathroom amenities and the high-quality bath towels. Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked and paid for a King Bed through Booking.com, as this was clearly offered as an option. On arrival, I reconfirmed with the hotel that the bed would be 180 cm and was reassured it would be. Instead, I received a 150 x 200 cm Queen Bed and was then told that this is the only bed size available at the property. I felt misled, particularly as I had specifically chosen and paid for the King Bed option. The check-in experience was also poor, with no explanation about breakfast, wellness facilities, or the hotel’s basic offerings.

Location is convenient, complimentary coffee station in reception The rooms and hallways are very tiny, very dorm like doesn’t feel like a 4- star hotel, my bathroom was leaking from the roof two days in a a row

The location is good. It’s near the tube and easy to get to the city centre. Our room was very small and didn’t look like the photos. The layout of the hotel is terrible and it’s not sound proofed in the slightest. You can hear people’s conversations in the hallway, opening their doors and coming down the steps. To top it off, a member of staff knocked and then abruptly entered our room shortly after we arrived. My fiancée was just out of the shower and was lying on the bed in only her underwear, right in front of him. Nothing was done to apologise for this and we will never come back to this hotel. There is no fridge in the room and the shampoo provided wasn’t very good and made our hair dry. The pillows are hard and lumpy and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We were surprised that this is a four star hotel - carpets in the hall were frayed, there were marks on the skirting boards, etc. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was a truly awful experience.

Location Rooms on top floor were really hot and unable to cool down despite air con (which was inefficient). To be fair it was 30C when I was there. Small rooms but it is London.

The location is very convenient. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are small but very well designed and perfectly clean.
