the fruit left in the room, the apples on reception, the welcome drink and the breakfast. there wasn't much, maybe the aircon was too effective?.

A wonderful hotel with fabulous staff. It was a pleasure to be a guest at the hotel. The room was luxurious and catered for all our needs. The location was ideal and allowed us easy access to central London.

Breakfast very good selection and room good location. Don’t think we should have had to pay extra for certain things on Menu. Didn’t agree with having to pay extra charge for items on breakfast menu.

The staff was nice and helpful. The tea kettle and cups were useful. The place was clean. The location and neighborhood were great. The room was small. The bed took up most of the space. It was difficult opening the suitcases and had to use the aisle space to do so. There was no plug in the bathroom to use the hairdryer.

The staff, without exception, were warm, friendly and efficient from the moment we arrived to check-out. Full marks. The property is perfectly located to explore central London. Everything was as expected. No complaints.

Nice room that met our expectations. Hotel standards in London are low for the money you pay, but given that, this hotel was quite fine. Staff professional and very helpful. Be careful of the room selection! The first room we were assigned had a very small bed - not really for two people. Fortunately, staff were able to find us a room with a standard sized double bed.
