Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

Location We got stuck in a handicapped room where the shower water splashed everywhere, there were rails next to the toilet and the sink faucet handle was so long and heavy the water kept shutting off, very disappointed!! Bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and moved fast with any accommodations! The hotel wasn’t far away from the tube.

Nice location near bus stops and the river. Not a lot close to the hotel (pubs, stores….). Uber or bus to most things. It was hot when we were there, so the air conditioning was on but it took a long time to cool off the room.

Hotel is modern & Clean. The bed was extremeley uncomfortable & to top it off i left my Airpods at the hotel, tried to contact them as soon as realised the same day, unable to reach them, i tracked the airpods which was showing at the location of the Hotel and later that day they moved to a residential address, assume by one of their employees, where i can still track them now, i have treid again to contact the hotel without sucess. Be careful with your belongings.

Breakfast had great selection and good preparation. Thr coffee pot in my room did not work

Room facilities was excellent. The breckfest was complete with everything one could possibility want. The staff at the check in and breckfest were outstanding aii to please the tenents. I found nothing.

The location was close to the US Embassy and next door to the Tate Gallery. 8 minutes walk o the Underground and wide variety of places to eat and drink No swimming pool, sauna or steam room. Road works nearby building cycle lanes

Room design, location and breakfast were excellent. Fried eggs would have been appreciated rather than just scrambled, which I never have. All the staff were excellent. When we first arrived, early afternoon, we asked at the check-in where the bar was and were directed to the small cafe bar on the ground floor, which was not in keeping with the hotel, and they could not find a bottle opener to let me have a glass of the wine I chose. As we returned late from a show we failed to ask again if there was another bar and saw no signs for one.

Location No free internet access!

Lighting is a little bit awkward. If you need to use the wc at night, you end up turning all the lights on, which is no good for your room mate.

I liked the room layout and the bottle of champagne. There was no room service. There was a vacuum just in front of my room door. The bed was horrible! I felt every single spring. The breakfast that came with the room was cold!! All of the pastries, breads were hard as stone. For the price the presidential room prestige I would have expected a million times better

Location, included breakfast buffet Room had very little storage , no hooks for robes, towels. Bed was not very good, springs squeaked. Cleaning was mediocre, floor turned socks black. Couldn’t drink the water in the room, needed to go down the hall to get drinking water. For the price not impressed.
