Great location Air con heating used as heating system. Difficult to turn on and off and regulate . We complained a few times to management .

They upgraded the room as the 3rd night we had booked through booking.com as it was a cheaper rate for a better room. A large room, fab toiletries. USB sockets, free wifi, coffee pods and tea coffee sachets. Only 1 dressing gown which was tiny. No room cleaning/bed making on a Sunday. No bath.

Staff were lovely and it was in a great position to get to everything we wanted to see for our weekend in London The hotel bar closed at 8pm. We would have liked to go for a night cap after eating dinner. The hotel did not have a restaurant so we ate out each evening and when we returned the bar was closed. Breakfast service was excellent

The staff where really helpful and made you feel welcome I would highly recommend the hotel due to it's location in London and the hotel has got it's own unique modern look which I've never seen before My room room was very clean and modern And the view from my room window was great looking out at the modern high built hotels and buildings . I booked in for the breakfast each morning of my stay and it has a great selection buffet style breakfast as well as the full English cooked breakfast which I chose to have and it was delicious I'd definitely be considering coming back to this hotel on my next visit to London.
