The location is great if you look to see sights nearby Tower Hill. I have got an upgrade of my room which was very nice. All the things you need to enjoy a comfortable night are there, rooms are very well equipped. The self service breakfast isn’t worth spending money (30 GBP) if you’d like to order anything extra like eggs or omelettes you need to pay on the top of that. It’s much better to choose location outside the hotel.

We arrived and the reception team seemed helpful, we went up to the room and there was no bedding for the sofa bed and only 2 sets of towels, the booking was for 3. The member of staff who came was very good, and he made the sofa bed up for us. The biggest issue we had was with the dinner, on the booking and website there is no mention as to what the dinner was. It was actually a set menu which was not child friendly , no starters or deserts that they liked, and you choose 2 options. I asked was there an ice cream option and the lady was not very helpful or polite and didnt mention that we could have bought hagen Daz from a cart by the door which we saw the next day. We went out to a local Sainsburys to buy some which after a long day travelling was not ideal. The initial member of staff who seated us was far from helpful as well and he didnt have great hygiene. She said she would feedback about the menu but didnt offer any options at the time. The menu should be available at the booking as wouldnt have paid for it.

I was enjoying the design of the interior, and localisation which was very convienent to travel. Also the breakfasts and dinners were very good quality and there was a variety of dishes. We had an hour delay at claiming our room at the beginning and the staff at the bar wasn't informed about our pre-ordered dinners beforehand but it wasn't a big problem.

Such a comfortable stay, amazing bed! We got upgraded on arrival with some free gifts. The unlimited filtered water and ice was a great touch! Could hear the music from the rooftop bar in our room quite late.

It is so pretty and aesthetically pleasing. Hotel is perfectly positioned- a bus stop literally opposite and the train station was just a 3 mins walk! Perfect brunch spot at Florattica too! I really loved it Nothing really
