The staff were incredible, especially the ladies on the front desk. No request was too small. No question beyond their knowing. Gracious! The first room I was assigned had only a small window and was thus pretty dim most of the time. I had just arrived from the States and craved daylight, so called the front desk to ask if there were another room. Yes, but it was being cleaned from the guest checking out. It would be about an hour. I moved my things to the lobby and enjoyed a rest and people watching, but it was only a half hour or so. Great apologies from the staff. Much better room.

Location was excellent. It about 1/2 block from Paddington Station. The staff was great. The room was a bit cramped but very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room was a bit cramped.

Nice location, plenty of restaurants and cafes around to grab breakfast, great walking distance to many places. The staff is very nice and attentive. The beds are comfortable and very good size of the room. The drinks and coffee in the room are complimentary. Overall good comfy room and service was great. Our room was in front of the elevator, so it was pretty noisy at night. Perhaps a sign could be added to let know guests to keep volume of talking down during night hours. Otherwise I would encourage to ask for a room not in front of the elevators.

Good but on pricey side Bathroom design - limited space and zero usable vanity space

We loved the location, just a block from Paddington Station, which made transportation around the city and to the airport so easy. The Heathrow Express took us to the airport in the morning in 20 minutes! (The block also offered several restaurant selections. We heartily recommend the Lebanese restaurant across the street and down a half-block.) Our guest room was small, but clean, comfortable, and quiet -- which are our most important requirements. The breakfast was lavish! We not only were allowed to pick a meal from several off the menu, but also had an abundance of choices on a buffet. At the front desk, Foz was especially helpful with advice on navigating the city and getting us to the theater on the last night of our vacation. Much appreciated!

The room size was small but it’s the standard European size !

Very convenient to Paddington station and Kensington Park. Easily walkable around everything. Enjoyed the small gym in basement each day. Room wasn’t ready when I checked in until 9 pm due to a previous conference. And due to circuit breaker some of the plugs didn’t work in the am for coffee, tea and towel bar. But overall, staff were great and very accommodating. Things happen and I would gladly stay there again!

It was exactly what we needed and close to a lot of things I felt it was just a little expensive, but it was in London, so that was to be expected.

Location Drain in shower didn’t work. And I couldn’t sleep well because there were thuds all night long and you could hear when rooms on higher levels were using water
