The hotel itself is a very well preserved beautiful villa in a lovely park with a good bar, cozy sitting area and very good restaurant. The staff is incredibly accompaniment and sincerely pleasant. It is walking distance to a quaint village with both high end and affordable shops, diverse choice of restaurants, cafes, a butcher, Italian market and very good green market grocer. The dining room and the food at The Orangery was OUTSTANDING! We had a beautiful dining experience watching the doggies in the park playing while we ate delightful pasta! Nothing, as the total experience at your hotel was pleasant.

Location Booked for a private event, not mentioned when booking unable to cancel no access to bar or restaurant was told no room service available as too busy. Absolutely shocking service and attitude

How can you not love the property. It feels very calm and relaxing with a touch of old world charm. It is looking tired. Our room was nice and bed comfortable but room needed a paint job. There is work going on so a discount of the rate would be a good idea.

Good location and Hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. A special mention for the Front desk Manager Anna who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable especially in view of the week being a busy one with Wimbledon about to start. She also arranged for our room Transfer seamlessly.

The Cannizaro far exceeded our expectations. This is a small hotel set in alongside a beautiful park near central Wimbledon. The staff was most helpful in every way.
