Wimbledon Hotel

Comfortable room with a fan. Clean and tidy Friendly owner A bit tired. The owner wasn't present on check in. I helped some other guests. Otherwise a good stay

The location was convenient. It is not a hotel, it is a hostel. You should not list this place as a hotel. Very very very bad.

Understaffed, low-grade hotel with dingy rooms on a very loud road far away from everything.

Room size was great and super warm-thank you . I did choose the bigger room for my stay as I like comfort . Coffee and tea was great . But there was no milk in the tray in the hall . I only had the milk that was in my room , yet there was extra tea and coffee in the tray in the hall . Bed was comfortable Location was good Noone was at reception when I arrived . Had to ring the bell and a resident on the ground floor opened for me and called the office to ask where my keys were and what room I was in . Never saw anyone during my stay . Thank goodness I never needed assistance . Room was super noisy -could hear all the noises from the road , train and neighbours and the room shook when busses went by . The shower was super small (thank goodness I'm a small person ) and the water pressure was terrible . Took forever to shower .

Good and clean

Excellent parking facilities and easy to find. Tea and coffee facilities in room. No personnel at hotel but easy to gain entry with a quick phone call. We booked the extra cot which when supplied was grubby and broken - it really needed to be replaced. The bathroom was also missing a toilet roll holder and the water temperature was variable - persist it will eventually get hot enough for a shower!

Good location. Clean white bed sheets and nice photo painting above the bed. Someone had been smoking in the room and it smelt string. As a consequence, the window had been left wide open and it was cold. The shower had old/mouldy patches on as did the bottom of the shower door - would be good to repair/clean.

Passable

The room I stayed in had bedbugs, and I was bitten. I woke up at 1:50am on my second night after being bitten again. I managed to catch one of the bugs and put it in a glass as evidence. After I reported the issue to the hotel, they moved me to another room, which was fine. However, they did not offer any refund for my stay.
