Great location, clean, easy to checkin and out Noisy

Spotlessly clean, nearby to shops and restaurants and safe onsite parking (for a fee) The only mentionable drawback was the absence of air-conditioning during a hot London summer, but this was mitigated by having coolers and fans available.

Easy to find, close to underground and shops, even petrol station and restaurant nearby. Nothing noticeable.

The room was in the lower ground floor, looking at the street. It was noisy because of the traffic, difficult to keep the window open.

Very good value for money, one block from the northern line tube and Clapham common. Check in was easy. It’s obviously basic, which is fine and we had a good stay here. A few warnings to keep in mind. We were in a basement room so windows barely opened and it smelled quite musty. the curtains did not keep light out. They supply ear plugs, but I didn’t hear much noise besides the rumbling of the tube underground. Would recommend an eye mask though. No air con, just a fan. Had to ask for soap / shampoo at the front desk.

The curtains didn't cover the windows all the way. The room was not very clean--hairs in the shower, and unknown stains on the wall in the bathroom. The sheets appeared clean but the pillows themselves were very old and looked quite dirty and full of hair. I put 3 pillowcases on one pillow to make sure it was clean to my head. I would not stay here again.

Great location and good sized room Noisy at night and with the European heat wave we weren’t able to close the windows as there is no air conditioning unit.

Close to tube station. Very comfortable room. Flowers in the window boxes outside the French window Key safe. Personally, I always struggle with the numbers

The boutique style and first one to offer hot chocolate. The fuse was out the first day couldn’t shower as I needed to blow dry hair.

The room was very clean and tidy. The property is well looked after and looks attractive from the outside. The location is exceptional as it is only two minutes from Clapham South tube station. The Northern line is convenient for accessing many of the major attractions. Our room was on the ground floor and the close proximity of the tube line meant that we heard every tube passing under the building. The hotel did provide earplugs but it may disturb more sensitive travelers. The hotel is also on a busy road. The curtains in the room were insufficient to block out the early summer light.

Very convenient location Next to a very noisy pub. They put out earplugs beside the bed so they know this is a problem

The room was very clean. The location was very noisy on a Friday night. I could not sleep at all. The next morning I realized that ear plugs provided in the room. People were outside screaming, bikers were making noise, ambulance passing by, it was chaotic on a Friday night. Water in the shower could not exit the easily. The water piled up for a while.

Our room was clean and neat. Very noisy outside unfortunately and you could hear the tube. Earplugs were provided. Shower a tad small - I banged my elbow , I’m 179 cm.

There could be some extra space for towel-drying/hanging after the shower, there was only one hanging rack where there could have easily been two. Also, the underground metro in the area did make some noise until before midnight, but the room was equipped with earplugs to help you sleep better through it.

Great place to stay for a couple of days. Really nice people. Clean, quiet, no pests. Place could be updated a bit. It needs new flooring and better television.

Friendly person at the reception. Stayed 1 night but it was all good. Room was clean.

The hotel is really comfortable, great price and very clean. Really like staying here when I’m working away from home . The staff are really helpful and friendly cant fault it Nothing
