very very friendly and helpful staff. made my stay super pleasant and we really considerate and accommodating. the location is very close to elephant and castle station so very convenient for travel! i was attending an event @ burgess park and it wasn't too far of a walk away! good value for money. check in was also super efficient and simple which is great. they allowed me to hold my bags on the day i checked out and were very generous in helping me manage my luggage and the staff were so lovely and helpful when i'd lost a personal item :) thank you so much. solo room was slightly small, which i don't mind, but it was smaller than other solo rooms i've had in the past so bear that in mind. good for a night or two but maybe upgrade if you're staying longer! the bed was a little uncomfy as there was only one small pillow but nothing that was too much of a hinderance to my sleep :) the location isn't the most pictureqsue but it doesn't really matter!

Clean room Quiet location Easy to get to Waterloo by walking or bus. Stayed to go to a concert at Wembley.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Baby cot facilities not comfortable enough. Bring your own cot & mattress. Lack of air-con not ideal in a hot summer.

great location to visit the city, everything was clean and staff was nice. the room was extremely hot. there's a fan in the room, but not really an option to ventilate through windows.

Useful location, helpful staff on reception. Simple room but had all the necessary basics and relatively quiet. Very hot in the room even though outside temperatures had come down from the heatwave. Some of the heat was coming from the mini fridge, which wasn’t even cold inside.

The staff were lovely and the room had lots of little thoughtful additions, international plug sockets in case you forgot your adapter, a specific cold drinking water tap in the bathroom. Air conditioning would have been great, the only air conditioning was a fan on the wall near the window that was a bit noisy and really just moved the warm air around... The beds were also incredibly soft to the point of discomfort after a while.
