Location directly next to Earls Court was very helpful for the bank holiday weekend.
-
Massive rooms which is a rarity for London. Great central location in a quiet off street The floors and fire doors were a little hard to navigate

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There was no mirror in the room, only one little in the bathroom. The bathroom door was very different. It didn’t close like a regular door. You could both hear and see into the bathroom.

Very clean, very well located, kind staff, very modern bathroom with lots of items for toiletry, comfortable robes provided. The green light on the ceiling of our room was very bright, which made sleeping difficult, and no eye mask was provided. Same with the curtains which did not block the light well. The bed sheets were not of the best quality. Difficult to stay asleep in the morning with all the surrounding noise. There was also a fire alarm going off at around 4pm, which I understand was due to a customer’s behaviour, not the hotel staff. We were asked for photo ID at our arrival but I was not notified that it would be required, which made our welcome a bit awkward. I also find it weird that the fridge was full of stuff that would have incurred a charge, had we not known not to touch it.

Exceeded expectations. Brilliant location to explore London

Room was very well appointed, comfy beds, lovely view of the gardens. Bathrobes, toiletries and a mini fridge too, unusual for mid price rooms. Location was very quiet and handy for bus stop and Earls Court station and surrounding shops. Staff were helpful and friendly. Sink was too shallow. Coffee machine was a bit fiddly- I would prefer a simple kettle. Plugs were blocked by furniture. Desk and stool were awkward, a smaller table and a lighter chair would work better. No lamp next to one of the beds.

Staff are incredible. Nothing was to much trouble. Any issues were quickly dealt with The green security lights in room are far to bright at night but were covered on request

Everything. The only thing that was an issue was not wanting to leave the hotel because it was so nice! Nothing
