The proximity to Victoria coach We were given a mezzanine floor room which was more of a fire exit area than a family room. I booked for 2 double beds and was given 1 double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Later, on request they shifted us to another family room on 2nd floor. That was a relief, but needed packing everything to change rooms.

Nothing aside from possibly location of if I chad to choose something The staff was rude, the luggage storage was full when we arrived an hour before check in and we were told we could leave all our belongings in the hall and the girl at front desk was paying no attention to if anyone took something that wasn’t theirs, we arrived an hour before check in and understood the rooms weren’t ready but they wouldn’t even do the check in through the system when we arrived like they do at every other hotel so at 2pm (check in time) there was a room full of people fighting to go first, the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable (the mattress wasn’t even level, it slanted down a lot).

Location was ideal. Breakfast decent Room was not assigned as promised We arrived at the hotel that night of June 28, 2026. The hotel assigned us (4 of us) a family room (room 106) as stated in our reservation. We were surprised to see electric fans because it was stated in the reservation that the room is air-conditioned with 3 beds (including the sofa bed). I asked the staff who was on duty that night if they can fix the A/C. However, he said that it can not be fixed soon. I complained that it is impossible for us to sleep because even with the electric fans, the air was still very warm. In addition, we were all seniors and one is 92 years old. Anyway, the staff that night was very accommodating to allow us to sleep in room 206 (2 beds) during the night and they will assign a new room the next day. We moved to room 201 the next day which is a small room with only 1 double be and 1 sofa bed. The 4 of us were just like sardines in that room. When we checked out, I told the staff at the counter if we can get a break about the room rate and he said to file a complaint. He gave me a form to write my complaint. Until now I have not heard about my complaint. This hotel misrepresented itself by now fulfilling its promise.

Good location, comfortable, clean and good staffs

The location was excellent, very close to Victoria Station so accessible to get around easily. It was also within walking distance of some key locations, like Buckingham Palace. Security was a huge issue at this hotel. There was rarely anyone at the front desk, and there were several instances where the front door of the hotel was wide open, with no one manning the front desk to prevent anyone from simply walking in and taking the elevator upstairs. There was also one particular occurrence where we were leaving and noticed the front desk was un-manned, the front door was wide open AND the luggage storage room door was also wide open, meaning that guests' luggages were completely accessible to anyone walking in off the street. For this reason, we chose on our check-out day to pay extra to store our luggage at Victoria Coach Station rather than keep it at the hotel. This was an additional cost incurred by us for no reason other than the hotel's negligence.

Location near Victoria Station was good, Having strong aircon in the heatwave was great, easy walk down to the Thames, comfortable room.

I made a mistake when reserving several nights. Thank goodness they could accommodate me last minute. Interesting wallpaper art. Free breakfast.
-
Very central and walking distance to buckingham palace and underground stations , rooms are small but have everything you need and have AC! They can store your luggage so you can enjoy the city prior you le check in.

Air conditioner not functioning well.

Location, cleanliness, decent breakfast. Air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived until the following morning. Our air conditioning was fixed later on. London was exp heat wave when we got there(93F). Couldn’t sleep the first night. No fan to loan either. No ice in the hotel. We had to go to a tavern across the street to get ice. No refrigerator in the room.@

It was an excellent location! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff were fantastic! Every day our room was tidy, beds were made, and fresh towels were hung. We will definitely stay again! Nothing, everything was excellent!

Breakfast was a little skimpy and rooms were a little small and hotel over all was a little dingy. Location was excellent. Could have been a little cleaner.

All staff were excellent and responsive to need exceeding expectation to meet our requests. Breakfast service was exemplary as she was friendly and responsive to buffet needs and cleanup after guests left.

Location is great! Staff was helpful with requests. The in room sofa beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The location can get loud at night. Breakfast is overpriced. Layout of rooms is odd. It is a difficult hotel if you have mobility issues. Even with a lift, you may have to navigate several flights of steps. No business center (ie printing, etc). No fridge in room.

The location is great. Just a block from the entrance to Victoria Station. It was super easy to walk to from the train or bus station, and then easy to get around everywhere in London. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing is I wish there might have been a fridge and microwave in the room to store food in, but this wasn't really a big deal. Otherwise, everything was great!
