Nothing, there was nothing to like about this hotel, the pictures on the website, were manipulated and what the actual rooms were a disaster. We went for breakfast and upon our return the key couldn't open, we waited for 20 minutes going back and forth, and eventually they had to use emergency keys to let us in. They promised us that upon our return they will have sorted it out. We returned in the evening and keys couldn't open again. What a disaster They had to change us room and I came to learn we were not the only one as there were others with similar problems of keys not opening Breakfast was awful Rooms too small Very cheap bed and very uncomfortable No space to unpack your bags Towels discolouration and very old Book this hotel at your own risk

Clean, basic, comfortable. Perfect location close to Central London and public transport. Included breakfast satisfactory. The shower is VERY small with a very small stepped entry. I am disabled and 95kg so it was difficult for me. Not very suitable for disabled or elderly travellers.

Very good value for central London at around £75 a night. The room was far better equipped than the price suggests: iron, hairdryer, small fridge, and a table and chair that were actually comfortable to use. The hotel was clean and well kept throughout, and the staff at the entrance were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included, which I did not use but was a nice extra. The location is walkable to very central London: about 45 minutes to an hour on foot to Soho, and a pleasant walk at that. The Wi-Fi was the main issue. It dropped me several times and at one point flagged that the radio band needed changing. Easy to fix with a repeater or a different band per floor, and worth doing. Noise in the morning was the other one. The room doors and the shared bathroom door have very strong springs, so there is constant slamming from early on and going back to sleep was not really possible. Soft-close dampers would transform the stay. The shared bathroom is clean but dated, and the mattress had a slight vibration to it at times, possibly a pipe running under the floor. Neither was a big problem.

The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. The decor was cute throughout the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, but different than what we're used to. The staff were great, especially Shahran (desk clerk) and the woman in the restaurant. The room was very small. There was no room to walk around the bed, I had to crawl over. The blankets were very heavy. There were no lights other than the overheads. And there were no shelves or hooks to hang things on.

Staff was very friendly, there was free water at the entrance and the breakfast despite not having many options was good. The room had AC which was very nice because of the heatwave and the spaces were clean and well maintained. Room was kinda small and the only window was the sky window. The location is kinda far from a subway station so Bus was the most used transport by us but subway is always preferable in London. The bathroom was really small and the lavatory was between the shower and the wall, giving no space for a grown man to stay there and wash the teeth... had to do that in the room.

Exceptional

A great location, really friendly staff and a good breakfast included. The room was quite noisy with a buzzing noise all night. But it was comfortable.

Staff were very friendly but professional. Nice room Location was fine but a long walk for us older folk! But we managed! Small shower room and inconsistent water pressure and fluctuated between scalding hot and cold. Noisy room above us, think it could have been a staff room for cleaning products etc as no visitors would move furniture around as much and for that one first thing in tbe morning.

Very central to everything we wanted, close to public transport and eateries, the included breakfast was really nice The room was very small, we had trouble making room for our suitcases....the shower was very hard to control the temperature, either boiling hot or freezing cold.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in central London, perfect location. Air conditioning and fridge, kettle in room appreciated as was the included breakfast. Unfortunately the shower is very small and I am 95 kilos and 168cm, with physical disabilities so it was very hard for me to get in and out and use the shower. So just be aware of this if you are a larger person, elderly or disabled. Also the breakfast area is underground with no air conditioning or fans so I had to take my breakfast plate up to my room most of the time.

The location was great! We walked to all the major London attractions! Staff was very nice! The sheets were very thin and rough and slid off the bed when ever you turned. The room was very tiny and we couldn't stand upright beyond the foot of the bed as the wall was slanted as part of the roof line. Made it hard to maneuver in the room as my husband is over 6 ft.

The breakfast could have more options , very limited

- Centrally located. Close to everything within a 20-minute walk. - Quiet hotel for a peaceful night's sleep. - Good value for money for London. - Soulless hotel - Needs renovation, especially the window insulation and bathrooms - Small but adequate room - Breakfast lacks variety

break fast was wonderful

The staff was so kind and welcoming, and we loved staying here! The main sights are within a short walk or bike ride, and bus stops and the Underground are just a few minutes away from the hotel as well.

This hotel was one of my top two while visiting England. The front desk and kitchen staff went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The staff have thought of every little detail, including water bottles or fresh juice at the front desk, free for guests. I do want to say an extra word about Eva in the kitchen. Not only was the breakfast incredible (and free) but Eva runs that place like a well oiled machine. She is so friendly and helpful. Thank you Eva. The rooms were tiny. But because of all the extra perks, including extra blankets, we didn't even care. It was a great stay because of the all the little details and the amazing staff.

Excellent location. No need to use public transport or a taxi to get to the city center. The staff were really kind and polite. AC worked well. No meat for breakfast at all. At least sausage could be :) Not so critical.

Hard to find properties this good at that price point in London. The place was tidy, friendly and helpful staff, rooks generous for the price. Location is excellent, close to underground and bus stop. Supermarket very close. Breakfast included a nice touch! The bed could have been a little more comfortable but I have stayed in worse for more.
