I liked the location and how kind the workers were. No elevator, room was a little dirty.

Very comfortable, clean, modern room in a good location, short walk from London Bridge station and next door to Borough tube station. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall very good value for money. My only complaint was that the TV wouldn't work as it wasn't connected to the internet. After nearly an hour of the night manager trying to fix it, he said they had changed the broadband set up the day before and maintenance hadn't checked that the tv was connected and working so nothing could be done. Very aggravating! He did say the issue would be passed to his supervisor who would contact me with a possible discount but no one followed up. Other than that visitors should be aware that there is no lift. It wasn't a problem for me but it might be for some.

good location, nice and clean thin walls

Chose this hotel primarily due to the location - it's the next door from the Tube entrance. Liked the check-in procedure: no need to interact with anyone, you get codes for the building/room doors online. Good water pressure in the shower. Heating system was great. The room is really small, so it's basically a bed with the bathroom. You constantly hear other guests through walls.

Wonderful location, walking distance to the market, the Thames, and the Shard. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Had all we needed. Well organized check-in, etc. Helpful and friendly host. Would highly recommend.

Nobody on reception.

The property was in a good location, and the staff were extremely helpful. We were there in August so most rooms were not occupied and therefore didn’t encourage any issues with a shared bathroom. This is More generalizable to staying in London during the summer but if you are accustomed to, it is pretty brutal to have just a small singular fan, though the fan they provide is good, a second fan would be the preferable outcome

Small, compact but with all the essentials. Quality bed and shower. Top choice for location and cost. Couldn't be any closer to borough underground. Accessing the shower was far too tight but great once in.

Convenient location. Small rooms.

Just the stuff in reception It was really warm and didn’t have any facilities but it, just there was a small fan but didn’t work properly

No elevator. For some it will be a struggle to get bags up the narrow stairs to the room. A self-managed experience with pin entry to the hotel and the room (long pin) required having the info on hand each time.

Great location directly outside Borough Tube Station with a great pub and outdoor seating next door. N/a

The location was ideal. It's literally right next to the tube station. It was quiet and peaceful during the night. The room was tidy and very warm. One downside was no lift, but it was alright as I was aware of it beforehand.
-
The window of our room (1st floor) opened onto a rooftop which could be accessed by anyone, so we were a.bit worried to keep it open at night

I really like the location, you are very central to move in any means of transport, although the subway station is literally next to it, I loved the location. I was assigned to an apartment with two single beds, but the space was too small to unload the suitcases, it was not practical and the bathroom was outside the room.

Ask the staff to clear all the garbage in the room and to fill up shower gel. Get response from the staff chat box but no one come to do it!
-
Room was quite standard. The location was good, right next to a subway station. The room was clean. The room was quite warm.
-
Easy check in, loved the security so no one else but the guest could walk in. Everything was kept clean and tidy, even all the shared bathrooms. The location was perfect, central to everything, and so convenient for the tune station. Toilet on our floor was broken so we had to go down stairs every time, and the stairs are very steep so this was a little inconvenient

Good location. Room was in rough shape. Had holes in bathroom door and the towel hangers were barely attached. Room and floor looked like it was in the middle of a renovation. Was expecting it to be a nicer off the photos. Also had some issues with the door opening to our room via the app.
