The technology and comfy bed. Can’t say

Rich breakfast, plenty and tasty. Excellent fresh coffee, polite and friendly staff , cool neighborhood, variety of food and drink choices around Nothing really, perhaps a bit larger room
-
Great shower, room is very clean and has everything you need. The staff are super welcoming and always available. I could have done with an extra pillow. The bed itself was really comfortable though.

Great room, lovely view. Comfortable bed. Lovely rainfall shower. You have everything you need amenities wise. I'd of liked an extra pillow. But the bed itself was very comfortable.

The room was very quiet even though we were directly across from the elevators. The room was also very small (6 foot 6 inches wide) and the shower reminded me of a caravan (an RV you Americans) but hey, this is central London, what do you expect? We were happy. The small buffet breakfast cost over 20 pounds. The area is full of cafes. This seems to me a poor business decision. Try The Small Square Cafe, it's a few blocks away and it rocks. Two of us ate well for under 20 pounds.

I love the location of this property, everything is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Great food options and bar. The rooms are small but perfect for just dumping your bags and having a big comfy bed to sleep in. Only downside was the elevators are being refurbished so sometimes it can be a bit of a wait but that’s honestly all I can fault and that’s temporary.

Not that clean
-
Bathroom would smell bf after coming back from a day out. No complimentary tea facilities in room so if you want a cup of tea you have to go and buy one from the canteen or go to a Pret or something.
-
The Ac did not work at all. Which is troublesome when you are traveling with a pregnant wife. The shower / wetroom / bathroom is not a pleasant one to use
-
Only one lift was working
-
The location, the price I had to climb over my partner to get off the bef

It was the easiest check-in ever. Great breakfast as well as the people there. They were the nicest people I’ve ever met. Cant think of anything. Everything was beyond excellent.
-
The layout. The staff. Very professional and friendly. No cleaning of the room.

It is very clean and the location is perfect. The rooms are really small and you cannot open the windows.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were a bit too tight.

Trendy, having AC in hot days. Confortable bed and nice window with a nice view. I hated the elevator (slow, busy) and the lack of classic elements in the room that any 2/3 star hotels in London has as for example a Kettle and few bag of teas. I also feel what was techy cool and innovative in 2012 when CitizenM launched, now it’s old fashioned and not as innovative as it was then. For example managing everything from an old iPad it was cool 13 years ago, now it isn’t. After Covid it even feels as something a little bit unhygienic.
-
Comfy bed and nice shower. No free tea. Not having a kettle is fine but then there should be free tea at the bar for guests. Weird.

Great location and easy, clean and nice

Difficult to use card on the elevator when carrying 2 cups of coffee.
