The place, really 2 minutes from St Pancras, the personnel were really nice and welcoming, and the mattresses were of good quality.

The location was great. My room was a bit noisy, so make sure you have earplugs. But apart from that: good location, clean and no complaints.

Location was great, felt safe too. Staff were lovely. The rest was pretty diabolical. Bathroom smelled bad due to no ventilation, shower was broken and leaking and the shower floor was caved in on one side. Room in a desperate need of deep clean.
