The room is super tiny, but it beats staying at hostel. At least here you have your own bed albeit tiny and bath again tiny.

Location and happy and helpful people working there! They used to serve a continental breakfast and I miss that.

The location was perfect for King's Cross and St. Pancras train stations. The staff came to my room 3 times to sort out small issues, to bring me a fan, and TV remote problems. Everything worked after that. The room was small, but that's to be expected. The room was a bit warm, but the fan helped. Global warming is here.

This was a charming old hotel in Central London, close to Euston Train Station. The room was small, but comfortable, with all the usual amenities, like a tea kettle, which we appreciated. The young woman at the front desk got us a room on the first floor (AKA the 2nd floor for those from the US) so that we wouldn’t have too many stairs to go up with our suitcases. She even offered to carry them up for us, but we were able to manage on our own. There are evidently two buildings in the hotel on opposite sides of the street. We were across the street from where we checked in. The location was great for finding a good restaurant for dinner within walking distance. When we left in the morning to catch our train to the countryside, the hotel staff kindly told us it would be faster to walk there (10 minutes) rather than wait half an hour for a taxi. So that’s what we did, and it worked out fine! There was really nothing not to like. When we were there, the weather was cool, but if it had been hot, the room might have been stuffy.

Nice staff, super clean, well located. I would come back With heat waves in this country, they should invest in ceiling fans. They have a small one

Close to Kings Cross. Clean accommodations. None

There is no elevator, you have to carry luggage to stairs. The stairs are very narrow, room is very small, no air conditioning. In hot day, has to open the windows, the street is noisy, there were flies in the room.

Too many steps for old folks

Closeness to St Pancras Station for the Eurostar

The restaurant food and services

Location to Kings Cross/Pancras Station, dining and coffee shops excellent but this family run hotel is even more. They moved our luggage to our room as we were gone when the room became available and on our last day helped us when I had made a mistake booking transportation to the airport. Nothing

No lift, so be prepared to schlep your stuff up the stairs.

Location location location. Friendly staff and very clean.

The location was fantastic, only a one-minute walk from King's Cross St Pancras station. It was very quiet even though it was near a busy and crowded area. You can hear the Tube passing beneath the building when it is running. There are lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. It is about a relaxing 20-minute walk to the British Museum and Oxford Street. You can pick up a rental bike right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. Baggage storage is available on site. We will definitely stay here again if we travel by train in the future. The room had bright white lights with no dimming option, so it felt harsh and lacked atmosphere.

The room seemed a little warm, I’m not sure if there was ac or not-but thankfully there’s a table fan in the room which made it comfortable.

Location to st Pancras International was perfect a 5 min walk! The room was neat and very clean. Considering central london noise wasnt horrendous. Bathroom was hard to navigate very small slippery floor with a large lip i tripped in and out twice. Bed was quite small husband found it a challenge to sleep well.
