Air conditioning and quiet. Room was in basement but it was cool and well laid out and clean. Wonderfuo air con with 38 degrees outside. Good location near Victoria.

I stayed in a single and, of course, it was small but it was well laid out and didn't feel claustrophobic. The bed was very comfy, the room was very clean and modern. The AC worked amazingly well, which is a huge bonus. The coffee/tea kettle with supplies, including biscuits, was much appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful.

No fuss check in. Great breakfast. Easy accessible room for my husband who has dementia and partial blindness. Friendly staff. Close proximity to restaurants and pubs, and to Victoria station. Steps into property were somewhat challenging and would be more so for getting luggage in and out of property. Thank goodness for the porter who helped once we were booked in. Room got too hot making it very uncomfortable to sleep at times. There is no mat for the shower floor to prevent slipping....we had to place a towel in there and I had to supervise my husband whilst he showered to make sure he didn't slip and fall.
