comfy room, cool in the peak of the hot summer fire door by the room was noisy when closed

It had air conditioning and was a newer hotel in good condition. Very clean and walkable distance to the train station. It is a typical size for Europe, which it much smaller than what we typically see in the USA.

Friendly, smiley and helpful team. 24 hour reception. Lift. Clean & comfortable rooms with quiet aircon and great showers. Clean towels and linen and relaxing beds. Tasty breakfasts. Only ten minutes walk to Nine Elms tube station for easy direct train into London in a few minutes. Nothing. It suited us perfectly.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere. We would happily return and would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Nothing

The room was comfortable, the AC worked, and it was decently clean! Rahul was awesome, as well as the other service men and women. The customer service was top tier! What's not to like? :)

Thank you Pavan for giving me a great room for my 1-night stay. I really liked my room. • Room: Spacious, clean with a comfortable bed with great pillows and blanket. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, hair dryer, slippers. So many different light options in the room! My room even had a skylight and AC which was awesome in the heatwave and at night to watch planes pass-by. • Bathroom: The bathroom had complimentary soap and shower gel/shampoo, bath and face towels. • Staff: The staff were lovely. I left my luggage in the morning. • Transport: About 10-12 mins by foot is the Vauxhall station with underground, buses (also across the street), and trains. • Shops: There aren't shops (like Tesco) that are close by, maybe 10-15ish minutes, but there are some restaurants and Gails bakery within 1-5 mins by foot. • Location/safety: At night, it's quiet but a tiny bit more sketchy - alright. There isn't much to do, besides maybe go to the Vauxhall park nearby. I spent all my time in city centre, which cost a lot to go back and forth, but because I had to travel so much by underground and buses, the total fare was capped at ~9GBP daily. I was so sad to leave the room in the morning. Really wish I had paid more and spent my entire stay in this room rather than in another accommodation I chose which was cheaper in a residential house a few mins away.

Great area very clean reception guys was everything a checkin desk person should be. I stayed in many London properties in my lifetime and paid some I water prices and not received anything like the service I got here. Absolutely Nothing

Nice clean hotel close enough to the tube. Great air conditioning for the insanely hot weather. Small room compared to the USA. Not unexpected.
