My room was small

Near tube. On a very loud street. None operational elevator. Looked like it wasn’t operating in years. Large plants placed in front of elevator doors. No air conditioning and had to climb 3 stories of stairs with suitcases. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Location No ac and refrigerator very hot

Small rooms and no AC

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Easy check in and out and liked that you could leave the luggage. Our room was extremely small. I wanted separate beds and I thought I booked accordingly. It was noisy but luckily the big fan was good and loud enough to hide most of the noise.

Very clean
-
Lots of stairs and no ice box.

It was steps from the Oval tube station on the Northern Line, across the street from a great pub called The Derby, and near Anthony Eyton’s home! There was no small frig., no air conditioning, no elevator and a serious sewer gas issue coming up the pipes all week off and on while we were there.

Very close to the Oval tube, which was very good get around London. The lift didn’t work, and we had a plug issue, hair dryer stopped working.

I liked that the hotel is close enough to the underground station which makes it easy to travel into the city. If you´re visiting the Cricket stadium, the location is great as it´s only a 5 min walk to the main gates. The 24 hour reception is also a good thing considering it is nice to have someone vigilant at the door and to receive guests no matter what the time is. The rooms are very out dated and the windows did not close properly. In the hotel, the only access to any snacks or water is via a vending machine in reception which can only be paid with in cash (no cards accepted). If you need to get water during nighttime hours, you must go cross the street to a kebab shop. The area doesn´t seem very safe at night.

The room had everything we needed (even a heater tile on the bathroom which was really nice). Very clean, they did clean everyday even though they mentioned that they would only clean every 2 days, which was really good. Staff at the front desk was always super nice and friendly. This was really

Extremely noisy during the night.

The location was very convenient, for lack of a better word. Bus stops and the Underground station within a 5 minute walk radius. Supermarkets, fast food and resturants within the same radius. There are a number of shopping centres that can be reached in 20 mins by bus. The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was big enough for my needs and was stocked with tea making supplies which was very appreciated considering the cold weather. The cleaner did a great job anytime I put the "cleaning needed" sign. The shower pressure was good and hot water plentiful. The shower cubicle was small. Anyone larger than me would most likely have to be careful using it. The bed was really soft. I think something needs to be done about that because some support when sleeping is better for the body.

I loved the location of this hotel. It’s about a five minute walk from the Oval tube station. The room itself was nice and clean except for a couple of dark scratches on the wall (nothing that really affected my stay). Lastly, the staff were friendly. My only complaint about this hotel is that the WiFi wasn’t great. It could be because I was stayed on the lower level but yeah, it was slow and sometimes didn’t work.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was in a great location for visiting the city center, with supermarkets nearby. Obviously, some of the furniture was slightly worn, but the value for money was excellent.

The room was too small according to the value of money.
-
room was nice better value than we expected clean and guy at desk was nice and friendly
-
Great place for a short stay - shops and tube are walking distance from the property, everything you may need is within

The bathroom was clean. Dirty walls, no wardrobe, noisy radiator which couldn’t be turned off and meant I couldn’t sleep at all, toilet close to wall, impossible to sit on it, had to sit on the side.
