Close to Paddington Station and shops and restaurants Lots of steps No wheelchairs on property

Konumu harikaydı bence heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirilebilir. Hergün havlular değiştirildi ve oda temizlendi.

Location of hotel close to Paddington station and range of food on surrounding streets If the lift had been working. Handling luggage was really hard Room pretty cramped
-
Fantastic location Very run down, unkempt and didn't feel clean

For the first several days wifi was overloaded and it was impossibly to connect. The room could have simple things which make life easier: hooks for towels, sign "do not disturb", small refrigerator. We had room at third floor by stairs, but it was ok for us - we are young and with small luggage. But it could be problem for other people. The main problem is breakfast. We stayed for 9 nights and it is just not sufficient for long stay: only bread, cornflakes, boiled eggs (not every day), two types of cheese, two types of salami, two types of yogurt. If only the place would have some variations: omelette/casserole, REAL croissants, soft cheese, ANY fruits/vegetables, porridge, it would be so much better!

The location and the facilities Everyday same breakfast
-
room fine in all respects, location perfect for central london, breakfast buffet more than adequate with pleasant service. Nothing Im aware of.

Location, availability of personal to resolve issues, re: elevator did not function, comfortable beds, quiet Was there five days, never had a hot shower. Water was at best tepid. Bathroom floor was dirty and dust balls hung above The door on the trim. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday: no fruits, no plain yogurt, meat was nitrite filled cold cuts, no cream for coffee and no real croissant. My room was near front desk, would have apppreciated the fire door be closed, as it should be.

There was a problem with the drains during my stay which smelt very bad.

The location was very good, many restaurants around The location
-
Location and cleanliness and price I know it’s standard in UK but be prepared that there’s no AC
-
Closeness to Paddington Station Room was very small.
-
There was a problem with the drains s horrible smell coming from the bathroom. It needs to be sorted before anyone stays again.
-
The elevator was not working. So if you get a room at the top floor it could be inconvenient.
-
The only thing I didn't like was that the room seemed a bit small.
-
very bad on services, neetness and not ay all customer frinedly. never recommend to any one
-
Elevators were not working at the time I arrived, so I had to carry on my 19kg + 8kg baggage through the stairs up to the 4th floor were the room was located.

Excellent location, elevator, comfortable room (with wall fan and windows that open), private bathroom with a good shower (hot and cold handle directions were reversed..), simple/limited breakfast choices, but quite acceptable, ability to leave luggage in lobby past check out time. Friendly staff both at front desk and in the dining room. Value choice when compared to the prices for hotels in the surrounding area; it hit the spot for me as a one night stop close to Paddington and Hyde park. The hotel is the quintessential very old English building/decor/style and rather decrepit, but it does have charm if you're open minded. Cleanliness was marginal and I think the mattress, but above the pillows could stand to be replaced. Room would be pretty small for two people, but just fine for solo travel.
