The location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The property is literally an attic. The 5th flight of stairs is a spiral staircase. We were given incorrect entrance instructions and could not get someone on the phone to assist. When we arrived, it was I bearable hot and there was an overwhelming stench of raw sewage coming into the bathroom. It was I was unbearably hot; opening the windows helped but then the light beamed in at 4am.

Air conditioning would have been wonderful. More choice at breakfast. The room was small for the money we paid.

Breakfast needs more options. The hotel needs to be better prepared for high-heat events. The fan in our room was not good enough especially for the first night we were there.

Super honest staff, we left a wallet and they went above and beyond to reach us to come get it. Life savers during vacation!! No AC. Hot rooms

Location right near Hyde park and adequate breakfast and coffee.tv wasn’t working but we weren’t home a lot. Tv didn’t work.

We loved the location! Easy access to the train and bus stops!

The location was the best since it was very close to the paddington station. Main reason we stayed here was for our teens to have their own beds. Breakfast was decent.

This is our second time in Piccolino. Everything was more than perfect. Location is great, room adorable, and stuff very polite, friendly and always there for any request or wish that we had. We wanted to change the room for 4 persons, instead of 3 and they gave us guest bed free of charge. Thank you Adi and Piccolino. We will come back again.

Very clean, great location to train station and places of interest, very friendly and accommodating staff Only wish the bathroom was a little larger. Difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel is in a great location walkable and located near public transport. Hyde park and Kensington palace are 10 minutes south. Restaurants are nearby (Mike's fish and chips are good) Breakfast was a nice option Breakfast was mostly dry food and not the best quality No air-conditioning

The location. The breakfast room is on a basement with not enough seats for the guests. People can't even walk around!

Nice breakfast with good variety, great location- so close to the Elizabeth line at paddington station - perfect for luggage and coming in from the airport It was quite hot without air conditioning on the warm days
