Such a great location! I really liked the foyer area where you could get coffee or a drink anytime. The staff were SO nice here every single person we spoke to was so helpful and friendly! They are an absolute credit to citizen M. Literally nothing it was ace

Great location, decor and well-thought out rooms. Super clean and staff all friendly and professional. Fab communal area with bar etc. Huge, amazing bed and great shower. Location is really good, about 8 minutes flat walk from Southwark tube and a great choice if you’re going to the Globe for a show. No complaints, can be a bit loud if you’re on the main road - but it’s London! Would be great to have free tea/filter coffee for guests.

The staff were superb. All happy and helpful. Really top drawer. Unfortunately a system wide issue meant we couldn’t check in for 3 hours :-(

Really friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Checking in is so easy with staff on hand to assist if required. I booked two nights over the August bank holiday weekend for a work commitment. The hotel was as I remembered it having stayed around eight years ago. Compact, smart and tech forward room. Very quiet, great shower, very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for Borough Market or the City, just over the bridge. I only had a coffee at breakfast, however the breakfast offer looked good. The lounge and bar are really clean, however there is a lot of furniture and with the addition of the shared workspace desks it feels a little cramped by the street facing seating area.

Someone has rethought everything: Lighting, black out curtains, ironing set up, super comfy bed. Fab and fun lobby which doubles as workhub. Blazing wifi No coffee in the room

Location was perfect for us - we walk to almost everywhere- Tate, The Globe etc. the room was so quiet! The employees were really kind, polite and helpful.
